Loyya provides a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage loyalty programs using digital wallet passes compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Pay. Our services include loyalty card creation, customer analytics, push notifications, and POS integrations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. For business accounts, you must have authority to bind your organization to these terms.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in automated data collection without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Loyya are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Apple Wallet, Google Pay, and various POS systems. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
